Standard

Standard shipping is a service active throughout Italy, it costs €6.00 ​​on all purchases under €80.00.

It is carried out by BRT (Italy and Europe) with delivery times of 1 to 3 working days.

Express

Express shipping is an active service throughout Italy and has an additional cost of €5.00 on all purchases.

Place your order by 10.30am, we will process the order the same day. Shipping is carried out by BRT with delivery times of 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery active only on working days (Excluding Friday-Saturday-Sunday).

International

International Standard shipping has a variable cost based on the destination country.

It is carried out by DHL with delivery times of 4 to 9 working days.

Pickup in store

If you are from Bari and its province you can choose the totally free "Collect in store" option at the time of payment at:

Just wait for a Whatsapp message that will notify you when the order is ready for collection at the checkout.

Orders are shipped by Banana Benz from Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 1pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting on Monday.

As a rule, shipping takes a maximum of 2 working days. In exceptional cases, and for shipments to islands, delivery times may be longer.

Our return policy

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer easy returns or free exchanges (in Italy only) within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return the product in exchange for a different product or a direct refund to your original payment method.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROCEEDING WITH THE RETURN/EXCHANGE

To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:

• Log in to your account using your email address, find your order ID and click on the “Request Return” button.
• Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
• You will receive a label on Whatsapp that you will have to print and apply to a shipping package and the item will be returned to us.
• Simply close the item in a shipping pack and deliver it to the collection point closest to your home. Consult the map of collection points at this link https://www.mybrt.it/it/mybrt/parcel-shops by entering the postcode of your city.

Please note that your refund will be issued following evaluation by our quality control team. Approximately a week can pass between the date you send the item back to us and the date we confirm whether the return has been accepted.

We ask you to take note of the following exceptions to our returns and exchange policy:

• Returned products must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, must all have their original barcode and price tags and must be in their original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• It is not possible to return underwear, socks and perfumes .

Further information:

• You will receive a refund as soon as your item returns to our warehouse; in the case of a replacement product, your new item will be processed within 24/48 working hours after receiving the item to be replaced.
• In case of returns outside Italy, the customer must send the item independently, after having reported it to us, to the address Banana Benz, C.so Cavour 45, Bari (BA) -70121 (ITALY).
• In case of returns lost or damaged by the courier (with proof) you will be entitled to a refund of the order.
