Standard shipping is a service active throughout Italy, it costs €6.00 on all purchases under €99.00.
It is performed by BRT (Italy and Europe) with delivery times of 1 to 3 working days.
Express shipping is a service active throughout Italy and has an additional cost of €5.00 on all purchases.
Place your order by 10:30, we will process the order the same day. Shipping is carried out by BRT with delivery times of 1 to 2 working days.
Delivery active only on working days (excluding Friday-Saturday-Sunday).
International Standard shipping has a variable cost based on the country of destination.
It is performed by DHL with delivery times of 4 to 9 working days.
Pickup in store
If you are from Bari and its province, you can choose the totally free "Collect in store" method at the time of payment at:

Just wait for a Whatsapp message that will notify you when the order is ready for collection at the cash desk.
Orders are shipped by Banana Benz from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 13:00. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from Monday.
As a rule, shipping takes up to 2 working days. In exceptional cases, and for shipments to islands, delivery times may be extended.
Our return policy
If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return the product for a different product or a direct refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Returned items must still have the barcode and price tags still on, and must be returned in the original packaging.
- Returned items must not show any visible signs of wear or use.
- It is not possible to return underwear, socks and perfumes .
To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:
- Log in to your account using your email address, find your order ID and click the "Request Return" button.
- Select the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- We will schedule the collection with BRT from your home, just close the item in a shipping pack and deliver it to the courier on the agreed day via chat or via WhatsApp.
- You will receive the refund as soon as your item returns to our warehouse; in the case of a replacement product, your new item will be dispatched within 24/48 working hours after receipt of the item to be replaced.
- In the event of a second return, this will be charged to the customer, who will have to send the item to us independently, after notifying us, to the address Banana Benz, C.so Cavour 45, Bari (BA) -70121.
- In case of returns lost or damaged by the courier you will be entitled to a refund of the order.

Effects of withdrawal :
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery from offered to us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund may only be withheld beyond 30 days until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods or until we have received them, whichever occurs first.
The products must be returned if possible in their original packaging, with the original labels attached and must not be damaged or altered in any way.
The consumer is only responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The return of the product purchased within the terms indicated above replaces, for all purposes, the written communication required by article 52 of Legislative Decree n.21 of 21 February 2014.
You will be refunded, within 14 (fourteen) days, of the amount paid for the returned product, including shipping costs, if applied at the time of purchase, using the method you used to make the payment.
